Once a product is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link where you can see exactly where your product is. If your shipment is delayed, kindly reach out to us and we can check in with our delivery partners.

No! We offer free delivery on all our pieces.

If a product is ready to ship, we typically dispatch it within 3 working days. For all other orders, please allow us 10-15 business days for dispatch, since our pieces are handcrafted with care by local artisans.

Yes! We offer the COD option for orders up to Rs.7,000. Please note that we charge an additional Rs. 100 to facilitate this service.

Yes! We allow easy returns for up to 7 days after delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns of custom made, lab grown polki and alphabet products.

Just email us at hello@bijouco.in within 7 days of delivery along with your order details, and pictures of the product(s) you wish to return.

The product must be returned in its original packaging (with certificate, pouch, outer box) and in its original condition (must not be damaged, tampered or worn).

Once we’ve received your product, we typically need 5 business days to perform a quality check to ensure that the product is in its original condition. After this, we process the refund, which will be reflected in your account in 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method used.

In case of cash payments, we provide an e-voucher with 2 year validity, which can be redeemed for any ready or customised Bijou Co. product(s).

We will generate a return shipping request with our delivery partner and share the details with you. Please pack the jewellery with the pouch and certificate securely, and hand to the delivery agent at the time of pickup.

Yes we do! We offer exchange for pieces between Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 1,50,000 and buyback for pieces between Rs. 7,000 and Rs. 1,25,000.

We offer 98% of the current metal rate + 85% of the diamond purchase rate in case of buybacks.

For Example: 

Metal: If the sterling silver rate is Rs. 200/g, we will offer Rs. 196/g.

Diamond: If the diamond rate is Rs. 28000/CT, we will offer Rs. 23800/CT.

We provide a credit to your Bijou Co. account. The credit can be used against any purchase on www.bijouco.in or against a custom piece as well.

In all payment cases, we will provide a credit in your Bijou Co. account, which can be redeemed for any ready or customized Bijou Co. product(s).
