How can you request an exchange?

  • To request return of the product(s) under the life-time exchange policy, please email us at hello@bijouco.in, and attach the following documents:
  • Photo of original product(s)
  • Original or copy of invoice
  • Product certificate
  • Copy of valid government ID of the person mentioned on the invoice issued by Bijou Co.
  • Bijou Co. product that you would like to exchange your current product for
  • Address for product return pick-up

How do we determine if your product is eligible for lifetime exchange?

  • We verify all the received documents against our records to check for legitimacy of purchase.
  • We must receive all documents mentioned above in order to determine eligibility for lifetime exchange. We are unable to process any requests without these details.
  • We offer exchange for products purchased in the range of Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 only.
  • We do not offer exchange on products which have been bought under the lifetime exchange scheme.
  • We do not offer exchanges for custom designed products.
  • Bijou Co. products bought from any place other than Bijou Co. stores or Bijou Co. website will not be eligible for exchange.

How should you send your product to us?

  • Once we confirm via email that we’re able to process your request, you will need to send us the original product(s). You can do this by securely mailing us the piece to our Mumbai studio (address will be shared at the time).
  • Provide us with the picture of the package and the tracking number via email (hello@bijouco.in).
  • In the case that you mail us the product(s), please pack and seal the product properly, to avoid damage/loss during transit. Bijou Co. will not be responsible for any damage/loss that may occur during transit.

How do we determine the credit value that you’ll receive in lieu of the product exchange?

  • We offer 98% of the prevailing market price of the metal AND
  • We offer 90% of the prevailing market price of the lab grown diamond (excluding lab grown polki and semi-precious stones)
  • Once we receive the product(s), our quality assurance team will perform a review within 10 business days to check for legitimacy and signs of damage, wear, alteration, re-size etc. and determine the final value. The decision of the quality assurance team shall be final and binding.
  • Final value will be subject to:
    • Logistic and recertification fee of Rs.1000
    • Deduction of making charges
    • Any discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final exchange value
    • Any delivery/shipping at the time of purchase related charges will be deducted from the final exchange value.
    • Any taxes applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final exchange value.

How can you use the credits received for the product return?

  • Credits under the exchange scheme can be applied towards purchase of any Bijou Co. product(s). Customers will need to indicate what product(s) they would like to buy in exchange, and in case the new product is higher in value than the credit, the customer will need to pay the difference.
  • In case the product that the customer wants to redeem the credit for costs lower than the credit amount, then we can issue an e-voucher for the balance amount with a validity of 2 years.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Other terms and conditions:

  • Bijou Co. shall provide the opportunity for lifetime exchange to every eligible customer.
  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes and clarification will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Please review the latest T&Cs on this webpage.
