Shipping of the order from our website is very safe, secure, and hassle-free. Every package of the product(s) purchased from www.bijouco.in will reach your doorstep in a durable condition and in tamper-proof packaging. We work with a variety of reputed delivery partners, the delivery partner name and tracking details are provided to customers after we ship the order. The selection of the courier partner will depend on their serviceability to the shipping address.

- We offer Cash On Delivery (COD) option on orders up to Rs. 7,000. An additional Rs. 50 will be charged to facilitate all eligible COD orders.
- Customers are required to provide accurate details of the consignee/recipient’s name (as stated in their government-issued photo identification) along with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
- If the product(s) you ordered is ready to ship, we will ship it to you within 3 business days from the order date.
- If the product you ordered is not in our inventory, we will ship it to you within 10-15 business days from the order date. While we’ll do our best to stick to this timeline, it is possible that your order might be delayed due to challenges beyond our control, and we apologize for this.

- The receiver of the order may be required to present a valid form of identification at the time of delivery. Acceptable forms of ID are - Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter Identification Card, or PAN Card.
What should you do in case of non-receipt, missing or damaged products?
- At the time of dispatch, we provide the tracking ID of the shipment to the customer's registered email ID. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and check for any updates. Once the shipment is delivered, we send a delivery confirmation to the registered email ID. If you do not physically receive the parcel after receiving our email, please contact our customer service department at hello@bijouco.in within 72 hours.
