If a product is in ready to ship, we typically dispatch it within 3 working days. For all other orders, please allow us 10-15 business days for dispatch, since our pieces are handcrafted with care by local artisans.

You may request a return up to 7 days after delivery by emailing us at hello@bijouco.in. We do not accept returns for customised products.

2. Jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
3. ⁠Store your jewellery in the cotton pouch provided with the packaging.
4. ⁠Keep your jewellery away from perfumes or any alcohol-based substances.
